Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Gift It Gray ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are looking into expanding our shipping zones in the near future.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Can I include a personalized gift message?

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will see a text box where you can enter a custom message. We will print this on a premium gift card and include it with your package.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
